All sounds and samples in this product are licensed to you by SPLASH SOUND for commercial and non-commercial use in music, sound-effect, audio/video post-production, performance, broadcast or similar finished content creation and production use. You can use these sounds in your music, your arrangements, music productions, and live performances without worrying about royalties or permissions at all! This license also forbids the use of the software and its samples for the creation of new sample libraries, including but not limited to resampling, mixing, processing, isolating, or embedding into software or hardware. Licenses cannot be transferred to another entity, without written consent of SPLASH SOUND
2. Rights:
SPLASH SOUND retains full copyright privileges and complete ownership of all recorded sounds and instrument programming included in this product
3. Refunds:
Unfortunately due to the digital nature of our products, we can not offer any refunds if your order indicates that your purchase has been downloaded. By purchasing and downloading our products, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the product description and all product requirements and prerequisites, and therefore agree with this Refund Policy If you have not downloaded your order within thirty (30) days of purchasing the product, but need it canceled and refunded for any reason, please contact our customer support
